Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project under the following conditions:

  • Before Project Starts: Full refund available within 24 hours of payment
  • During Initial Phase (0-25% completion): 75% refund available
  • Mid Development (25-50% completion): 50% refund available
  • Advanced Stage (50%+ completion): No refund available

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • Cancellation within the allowed time frame
  • Failure to deliver the project within agreed timeline (excluding client-caused delays)
  • Significant deviation from agreed specifications without client approval
  • Technical impossibility to complete the project as specified

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed and delivered projects
  • Maintenance services already provided
  • Advertising services where ads have already been run
  • Domain registration and hosting costs
  • Third-party service fees

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within the eligible time frame
  • Provide your order/payment reference number
  • State the reason for cancellation/refund request
  • Allow 7-10 business days for refund processing

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction via Razorpay. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Project Modification vs Cancellation

Instead of cancellation, we encourage clients to discuss project modifications. Minor changes are often accommodated at no extra cost, while major changes may require additional fees.

7. Client-Caused Delays

Delays caused by the client (non-provision of content, feedback delays, etc.) do not qualify for refunds and may result in additional charges if project timeline extends significantly.

8. Dispute Resolution

For refund disputes:

  • First contact us directly to resolve the issue
  • If unresolved, escalate to our management team
  • Final disputes may be subject to arbitration
