2. Project Delivery Method
All deliverables will be provided through digital channels:
- Website files and source code via secure file sharing platforms
- Live website deployment on client's hosting or our recommended hosting
- Mobile app files through app stores or direct download links
- Documentation and guides via email or cloud storage
3. Delivery Timeline
Project delivery timelines vary based on complexity:
- Base Plan: 7-14 business days
- Enterprise Plan: 14-21 business days
- Custom Projects: Timeline discussed during consultation
- Maintenance Services: Within 24-48 hours of request
4. Delivery Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, clients must provide:
- All required content (text, images, videos)
- Access to hosting accounts (if applicable)
- Timely feedback during the development process
- Valid email address for communication
5. Failed Delivery
In case of delivery issues due to:
- Invalid or inaccessible client email/contact information
- Client's failure to provide required materials
- Technical issues with client's hosting provider
We will attempt to contact the client through alternative means and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
6. Physical Products (If Any)
For any physical merchandise or promotional materials (if offered in the future):
- Shipping will be handled through trusted courier services
- Delivery charges will be clearly stated before purchase
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days within India
- International shipping may take 10-15 business days
